Our ethos is based around eating a plant-based diet to ensure the body, mind and earth all function at their best.<\/p>\n<p>Our founder Emily sought a place where she could be motivated daily and connect with others<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">&nbsp;looking to live positively. She longed for a no-brainer menu where every dish was nourishing and she didn\u2019t need to narrow it down to a \u2018healthy option\u2019. She couldn\u2019t find such a place, so she made one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The world is shifting. There\u2019s a movement growing and Serotonin is at the forefront. Our wellness centre is focused on facilitating those who wish to relearn the importance of health and happiness.
