Verd is a chain of plant-based salad bars aiming to provide healthy, fresh and sustainable food to communities across Sydney.
Currently located in Barangaroo, Surry Hills and Manly, the Verd team aims to inspire Sydney-siders to go for healthy lunches and dinners that use the freshest, most vibrant, local ingredients.
They work with local providers to secure seasonal produce from the markets every morning to turn into delicious bowls packed with flavour. The team has also formed a relationship with small artisans who make products such as macadamia feta and fresh tofu from scratch with organic ingredients.
Verd slices and dices the veggies fresh each morning to ensure they’re still packed with nutrients and at their peak for taste. These meals are also available through delivery apps to ensure they’re accessible as possible.
