Poke (pronounced Poh-key), is a Hawaiian favourite that has picked up a huge following across the US mainland. After hearing about poke for the first time, they set off on an adventure to experience it for ourselves.
Suki trekked the far-reaches of the Big Island, the mountains of Maui and the sandy beaches Oahu, in search of the best poke bowl Hawaii has to offer. They combined the flavours of Hawaii with locally sourced Australian fish and produce and came up with something special, SUKI.
