Drawing on Ayurvedic principles and traditional Indian flavours, the food and drink offering is steeped in ancient wisdom with the freshness of modern cooking. Signature dishes include dosa wraps – with filling options such as Indian falafel, masala potatoes, greens or roasted sweet potato – naked bowls, and an Ayurvedic thali, which features all six tastes in one meal: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent.
If you’re looking for something light or sweet, try an Ayurvedic turmeric latte, a hot cacao, masala chai, coconut yoghurt lassi, ice-cream or mousse. There are also breakfast options, including warming porridge, and probiotic smoothies.
