DIVINE BY DESIGN • A quote carved in metal, hanging above a communal bar inside Preach Cafe, tells you what you need to know about their food philosophy: “to eat is human; to eat well is divine.”
This wholefoods eatery on Bondi’s foreshore is serving up some pretty divine options, indeed: from ‘pokecado toast’ – avocado with chunks of salmon sashimi, edamame and other fresh ingredients – to protein shakes, cold-pressed juices and coffee, there’s plenty of choice with plenty of flavour.
Breakfast and brunch is served up all day, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely catch-up near the beach. The dishes are colourful, exciting, Insta-worthy treats that’ll satisfy your sense (and stomachs).
The interior design was completed by De Simone Design and combines a clean, minimalist design with raw materials and a fresh coastal colour palette.
