This was Sydney’s first dedicated broth bar,, opened in 2015 by Soulla Chamberlain, the director of wholefoods brand Star Anise Organic Wholefoods.
Soulla is a traditional foods cooking instructor, a health coach and a wellness blogger, and she’s on a mission to bring nutrient-dense, whole, unprocessed foods back to the modern table.
Broth Bar and Larder is a small and inviting space to enjoy homemade, nourishing foods, including bone broths, broth-based soups, a slow-cooked meal of the day, chicken liver pate, activated nuts, and guilt-free raw treats.
All products are handcrafted in small batches on-site and are made from organic ingredients including 100% pastured meat. They’re all free from refined sugars, gluten, industrial seed oils, tap water, agave syrup and artificial ingredients.
