Barry’s is the premier high-intensity immersive workout phenomenon that launched a global fitness revolution.

Since its inception in Los Angeles in 1998, with over 20 years of expert development, Barry’s champions a highly effective combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) through 55-minute classes. Each class, incorporates 25 minutes of interval-based cardiovascular routines on the specially designed Barry’s Woodway treadmills, with a further 25 minutes of strength and conditioning using free weights, resistance bands and more, followed by a five-minute cool-down.

The Barry’s program is designed to tone muscle, incinerate fat by burning up to 1000 calories, and create a spike in metabolism for up to 48 hours after.

Led by the Sydney founding instructors, the CBD studio schedule is customised to focus on independent muscle groups each day of the week.

The Barry’s Surry Hills studio has a class capacity of 48 spots, appealing to local clientele.
