Our studio draws on the Hatha tradition with sequences inspired by Vinyasa Flow and Synergy yoga styles, a fusion of old and new to support our busy lives in health and happiness.

We offer classes to suit all. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will find our classes blend a balance of engaging, dynamic and restorative sequences.

Classes incorporate a combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) in a simple and accessible manner for students of all levels.

The studio offers classes 7 days a week with personal care and individual attention given to all students in a non competitive environment. It is heated (when required) to about 24 degrees, creating a challenging yet comfortable environment that is suitable for all levels of practice.

Our intention is to create a welcoming space that will we hope will grow into community of like minded people, a place to grow, learn and connect.
