We welcome all women to join us regardless of age, fitness level or if they have never done boxing or kickboxing before. Everyone is welcomed, supported and encouraged at Bikini Bods. All our classes are suitable for beginners and allow you to go at your own pace as you feel your fitness and skill level improve. We have young women training together with their mums, as well as grandmothers who all love our training style and community.
