Ryan Girdler and his wife Katja decided to open up a café. You might even know Ryan, he’s an ex-footy player. A footy player with a great passion for creating a hub of wholesome food and great coffee!

Alibi is spearheaded by renowned US plant-based chef and restaurateur, Matthew Kenney, who designed a menu of small and large plates of clean ingredients that pack a flavour punch. Each dish is beautifully presented, ensuring all senses are satisfied.

Paperbark: Advanced Australia Fare.

Paperbark is the latest collaboration from the teams behind Verd Sydney, Joe’s Sandwich Bar and the iconic Alfie’s Kitchen, takes plant-based dining to the next level.

Executive chef Joey Astorga has worked at some of Sydney’s top fine-dining restaurants and has developed a menu that highlight some of the powerful flavours from native-Australian plants, like the smoke from cooking with paperbark.
