Botanica has a farm-to-fork philosophy that celebrates the seasons, with ethically and sustainably sourced produce from its Jamberoo Valley Farm and local suppliers, or freshly picked from the venue’s kitchen garden.

Acre Eatery: Loyal to Local

Acre Eatery is a farm-to-table restaurant, part of the revitalised community hub, Camperdown Commons. 

Their mission is to create consciousness around everyday food choices by providing a sustainable menu focused on transparency, seasonality and traceability. This starts with being ‘loyal to local’ by limit food travel miles to no more than eight metres from the restaurant; prioritising sustainable produce from the on-site, four-season farm run by Pocket City Farms.
